Therapy can help treat mental, emotional, physical, and behavioral issues. Individual therapy is 46–50-minute session via an online platform.

In addition to being a counselor I offer Supervision to LPC and CSAC supervisees.  

Supervision for counseling and therapy exists for two reasons:

1. to protect clients, and
2. to improve the ability of counsellors to provide value to their clients.

Supervision protects clients by involving an impartial third party in the work of a counsellor and client, helping to reduce the risk of serious oversight and helping the counsellor concerned to reflect on their own feelings, thoughts, behavior and general approach with the client.

A Comprehensive Clinical Assessment in therapy is a biopsychosocial intensive clinical and functional evaluation of a client’s presenting mental health, developmental disability, and substance use disorder that results in the issuance of a written report that provides the clinical basis for the development of the beneficiary’s treatment or service plan for counseling.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidenced based treatment which is effective in trauma related disorders and other distressing issues. Bilateral Stimulation used in EMDR therapy helps the brain to reprocess the way information is stored in the brain which allows for the brain’s natural healing process.   This is for weekly 90-minute sessions.

This is therapy for individuals wanting to have intensive services 2 times a week for 90 minutes.  The payment for this is for all 8 sessions.  If more sessions are needed each additional session will cost the standard fee.  This option must be paid in full to get the discounted rate.
